Position Overview

Yes Pac Packaging is seeking an experienced
Export Sales Manager
with solid experience in
B2B export sales
to join our Commercial Department.

The Export Manager will lead the company's global expansion efforts by developing international sales strategies, managing overseas markets, and ensuring smooth export operations. This role focuses on growing Yes Pac Packaging's presence in global B2B markets through strategic market development, strong client relationships, and full compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Export Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive export strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and explore new international B2B markets and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for targeted regions.

International Sales Leadership

  • Lead export sales to achieve B2B revenue and growth targets in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, agents, and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with international customers ensuring favorable business terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on region-specific campaigns.

Compliance & Regulations

  • Ensure compliance with all international trade laws and export controls.
  • Stay updated on trade policies and global market changes.
  • Oversee all export documentation to ensure smooth customs procedures.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and evaluate export sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze export costs, pricing, and profitability to maximize returns.

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain for timely order execution.
  • Prepare and present reports on export performance and market trends.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and global events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in export sales with solid B2B exposure
    , preferably in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws,
    INCOTERMS
    , and export documentation.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing international B2B clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English (French/Spanish is an added advantage).
