Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export Sales Assistant based in Giza, with the flexibility for some work-from-farms arrangements. The Export Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing support with customer follow-up, managing export orders, and coordinating with international business clients. Daily tasks include processing orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, maintaining client relationships, and addressing export-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Follow-Up and maintaining professional relationships with leading behavior for build own customer portfolio on the wrong run.
  • Proficiency in Order Management and coordination of export logistics
  • Understanding of International Business and export processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant software for order tracking and reporting
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
