Role Description

:

  • This is a part-time remote role for a Resource Mobilization Instructor at Link Academy.
  • The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering online interactive courses focused on strategic fundraising, proposal development, grant writing, and building long-term donor relationships for major projects. The role involves providing hands-on training on how to identify potential funding sources (institutional, private, and governmental), create compelling concept notes, manage the grant lifecycle, and ensure effective financial sustainability for engineering, development, and humanitarian initiatives. The role may also involve developing specialized course materials and assessments.

Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Development, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Resource Mobilization, Fundraising, or Grants Management role within a development organization or NGO.
  • Expertise in proposal writing and budgeting for large-scale projects, including familiarity with common donor requirements and formats.
  • Experience in delivering professional training and instruction is a plus, preferably in an online format.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Certification in fundraising (e.g., CFRE - Certified Fund-Raising Executive) or Grant Management is highly desirable.
