Raya Information Technology: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring for Engineer (Network Professional Services)

Job Description:

·    Follow the project tasks plan for deploying the installations tasks upon the agreed plan & Scope of work in light of CISCO's standards

·    Perform project(s)' Configuration Proficiently as per its LLD according to Standards.

·    Respond professionally to the dispatched Customer Calls within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement)

·    Conduct efficient and prompt troubleshooting/Solving problem(s) (Level 1) within the time agreed on the SLA

·    Follow the Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.

·    Handle testing as per acceptance criteria.

·    Conduct regular visits to the clients according to the SLA for proactive solutions and/or incident(s) management

·    Report Accurate and professional technical activities to Senior Networking PS Engineer

·    Coordinating between different customer teams

·    Deploying / Implementing solutions and validating that they match & exceed customer needs

·    Contribute to the development of the configuration management and automate the routine tasks

·    Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of SP systems projects

Requirements:


• Hands-on Linux command line and troubleshooting skills


• Hands-on Virtualization (ESXI- KVM) and vCenter


• Good knowledge in Riverbed NPM AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM


• Very good knowledge and hands-on Gigamon's Visibility and Analytics Fabric ,Network TAPs and SPANs ,GigaVUE-HC Series (HC1, HC2, HC3), TA Series, FM (Fabric Manager) , GigaSMART Modules
