Job Summary

The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for operating and administering secure network infrastructures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational systems. The role involves close collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure solutions.

Job Description

  • Plan, acquire, and coordinate the installation of hardware and software across the organization's network.
  • Assess, approve, and manage all network and security equipment.
  • Install new network and security solutions on the network
  • Configure and test network and security solutions before deployment.
  • Review and revise any equipment installation or configuration done by external vendors.
  • Conduct thorough testing of devices post-installation before going live in production.
  • Apply network and security system updates, patches, and perform configuration changes to enhance security.
  • Managing and operating different security products like Firewall (FortiGate, PaloAlto), Application Delivery Controllers (F5 LTM / F5 AWAF).
  • Hands of experience in managing and troubleshooting of F5 (LTM, AWAF).
  • He has experience in dealing with vulnerabilities sent by the cybersecurity team or announced by different vendors
  • Provide support for clients to securely communicate with the organization's network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in network and security management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of security vendors such as Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, PaloAlto NGFW, F5 (LTM, AWAF)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent technical skills and computer literacy
  • Relevant network security design and implementation certifications (CCNP SCOR or F5 CA Certificate).
