Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential partners and chauffeurs, introduce the platform, and clearly communicate the value proposition
  • Guide partners and chauffeurs through every step of the onboarding process, including registration, document submission, and profile completion.
  • Review submitted documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Approve or reject partner and chauffeur applications based on pre-set criteria and documentation validity.
  • Maintain organized records of all onboarding activities and partner/chauffeur details, ensuring data is always up to date.
  • Communicate with applicants and partners via phone and email in a professional, clear, and timely manner.
  • Track and follow up on document expiration dates, supporting the renewal process as needed.
  • Identify and report any duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or suspicious entries.
  • Assist partners in adding chauffeurs and vehicles to their accounts and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Provide general support for any onboarding-related problems or questions from partners or internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a
must

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
