We are now seeking an experienced HR Specialist to build and manage our human resources department.

Key Responsibilities

As our HR Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for all human resources matters. Your duties will include:

Talent Acquisition: Managing the complete, end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and job offers.

Personnel & Compliance:

Ensuring 100% compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and all related legal requirements.

Managing all personnel files, employment contracts (including Forms 1, 2, and 6), and employee records.

Handling all Social Insurance procedures, including registration of new employees, updates, and terminations.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Developing and managing a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires and conducting smooth exit procedures for departing employees.

Payroll & Compensation: Preparing and processing monthly payroll data in coordination with the finance department, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Employee Relations: Acting as the primary resource for employees, managing grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting strong company culture.

Performance Management: Implementing and managing the company's performance appraisal system, assisting managers with performance reviews, and identifying training needs.

Policies & Procedures: Developing, reviewing, and updating internal HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal standards.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist within an Egyptian company.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. An HR certificate (e.g., CHRP, PHRi) is a strong plus.

Legal Knowledge (Non-negotiable): In-depth, practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations and procedures.

Skills:

Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with HRIS or payroll software is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, and capable of working independently.
