Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment needs including searching for the right calibers
  • , handling interviewing and evaluation processes.
  • Follow up and review all personnel and transaction reports.
  • Follow up and maintain all the employee's database on HR System.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization & sources of job dissatisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably FMCG previous experience .
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • in technical verification or quality assurance in a related field is highly advantageous.
