Enerpize is a fast-growing SaaS company providing all-in-one business management and ERP software for SMEs — covering accounting, CRM, HR, POS, and more.

We're expanding across English-speaking markets and looking for a Virtual Assistant who's exceptionally skilled in outreach, research, and cold email marketing to strengthen our SEO and partnership efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Research high-authority websites, blogs, and directories in SaaS, tech, and business niches.
  • Find verified contact details and emails using tools such as , Apollo, or LinkedIn.
  • Craft and send personalized cold outreach emails to secure backlinks, guest posts, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Follow up professionally and maintain strong communication with website owners and editors.
  • Track and report outreach performance (open rates, responses, acquired links) using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align link-building strategies with ongoing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in cold outreach, SEO link-building, or virtual marketing assistance.
  • Strong skills in research, email finding, and lead generation.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or similar outreach tools.
  • Organized, self-driven, and consistent in following up and meeting targets.
  • Able to work independently and deliver results remotely.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or digital PR.
  • Understanding of backlink quality metrics and SEO reporting.
