About the Role

HelpLyncs is hiring
experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistants
to support our client, a leading real estate brokerage in
Canada
.

You'll be working directly with real estate professionals, helping them manage daily operations, listings, client communications, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings on MLS and related platforms
  • Handle email communication and client follow-ups
  • Schedule showings, appointments, and calls
  • Update and organize CRM data (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Prepare and send real estate documents and reports
  • Conduct basic market research and data entry related to properties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a
    Real Estate VA
    (required)
  • Experience with the
    Canadian real estate market
    (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken
    English communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with real estate tools (MLS, CRM software, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Schedule

  • Full-time: 8 hours/day
  • Working hours aligned with
    Canadian EST time zone
