Remote (Cairo-based candidates preferred)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Cairo Time
(1-hour break)

Salary:
15,000 EGP per month

Days Off:
Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

Our Project Management department is seeking a
Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and client support while ensuring smooth communication, accurate order management, and excellent customer experiences.

This is a
remote, full-time position
suited
for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in
pharmacy, healthcare, or medical insurance
customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and follow-ups with precision
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Support inventory and order workflows using
    eClinicalWorks (eCW)
    or similar systems
  • Utilize CRM and order management tools (e.g.,
    Salesforce, Zendesk
    ) for task tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Qualifications

  • 1+ years
    of customer service experience (healthcare, pharmacy, or related field
    preferred
    )
  • Exceptional
    English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven skills in
    order management, data entry, and follow-up coordination
  • Competency in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with
    eCW Inventory Management
    or equivalent systems (preferred)
  • Experience with
    CRM platforms
    (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a
    pharmacy, PBM, telehealth, or specialty pharmacy
    environment is a plus
