HelpLyncs is looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, following structured plans, and delivering results with attention to detail.

About the Role:

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary focus will be managing Reddit engagement for business accounts. You will execute clearly defined strategies autonomously, ensuring that all posts and comments are thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with the objectives of the campaigns. Automation alone won't be enough, your personal touch and judgment are key to success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage Reddit accounts independently, posting and commenting according to structured strategies
  • Ensure that all interactions maintain a professional and authentic voice
  • Track progress and provide regular updates on engagement metrics
  • Suggest improvements to strategies based on observations and results
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience managing Reddit or other online communities
  • Strong written English skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability
  • Ability to follow structured plans while contributing thoughtful ideas

Role Details:

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
  • Compensation: 7,000 EGP/month to start (potential to increase based on performance)
  • Fully remote
