Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will perform general administrative duties, support marketing and sales activities, manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to maintaining organized records and schedules. The role involves assisting with marketing initiatives, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to support campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Digital marketing capabilities are essential for the job.
- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Additional qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
