Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Administrator based in Alexandria, Egypt. The selected candidate will oversee and manage sales operations, support the sales team through administrative assistance, and ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management. Responsibilities include maintaining records and databases, preparing sales reports, coordinating schedules, and ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries. The Senior Sales Administrator will also assist in analyzing sales data, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation, records management, and reporting
  • Strong sales-related skills such as customer relations, order processing, and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and client service excellence
  • Skills in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales management tools
  • Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in a sales administration role within the real estate industry is a strong advantage
