Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of loyal clients through personalized service
  • Execute clienteling strategies including appointment setting, follow-ups, and personalized outreach
  • Drive sales through both in-store traffic and digital channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Master product knowledge across all collections to provide expert styling advice

Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to all customers
  • Build lasting relationships through understanding client preferences and needs
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolutions with professionalism
  • Conduct styling sessions and wardrobe consultations

Leadership & Team Contribution:

  • Mentor and train junior sales associates
  • Share product knowledge and selling techniques with the team
  • Participate in morning meetings to set daily goals and share insights
  • Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Operations:

  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain client books and CRM data with detailed notes and preferences
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new shipments
  • Ensure fitting rooms are maintained and merchandise is restocked

Qualifications & Experience
Required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in premium fashion retail sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with client relationship management and building a loyal client base
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and luxury products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Preferred:

  • Experience with luxury fashion brands
  • Previous training or mentoring experience
  • Bilingual abilities (if applicable to location)
  • Familiarity with retail CRM systems and clienteling platforms
