Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Administrator located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of properties, assisting with tenant lettings, providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Property Management and Lettings
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
