Role Description:

The CRM and Digital Marketing Executive supports the marketing department in managing the company's
CRM system
,
website
, for
overseeing digital platforms and communications
, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting in the implementation of marketing initiatives across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate for the
    CRM system
    to support marketing and communication activities.
  • Assist in the
    coordination and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns
    (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Support
    website updates
    and ensure information accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Overlook
    digital communication channels
    to maintain consistent messaging and performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign results and digital platform performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in marketing or digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of website management and analytics.

Job Type:

Full-time, On site, Dokki, Giza ,Egypt.

Working hours: 8 hours per day, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday
