About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing efforts across various platforms.

This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's digital assets, and generating qualified leads through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display advertising).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Manage social media platforms and plan content calendars.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create engaging digital content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Understand how creative ad elements perform based on different advertising objectives (traffic, conversions, engagement).
  • Track and analyze key metrics, revenue, and paid advertising initiatives weekly and monthly.
  • Continuously test and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools, and practices to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations to keep the company ahead in the field.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and trend awareness.
