About the Role:

Citadel Developments is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support the marketing and communication activities across our real estate projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–4 years of experience who are ready to take on higher responsibilities and grow within a dynamic, fast-expanding company.

The Marketing Specialist will oversee content creation, social media management, branding coordination, digital campaigns, and marketing operations across Citadel's developments. The role offers a strong growth path to Senior Marketing Specialist and eventually Marketing Manager based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for social media, ads, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with agencies.
  • Handle monthly social media calendars and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and creative partners.
  • Support project marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
  • Assist in events, on-ground activations, and project launches.
  • Conduct market and competitor research as needed.

Qualifications
:

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good eye for visuals, branding, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple parties.
  • Experience with marketing reporting and analytics tools.
