Social Media Specialist (Sheikh Zayed – Full-time)

We are seeking an experienced
Social Media Specialist
to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of proven experience managing successful digital campaigns within a
marketing agency environment
, with a strong creative and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute digital strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage and optimize all social media platforms to ensure consistent performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Create compelling and high-quality content including visuals, videos, and copy tailored to each platform.
  • Handle paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on ROI and audience growth.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to continuously enhance campaign results.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Must have prior experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Strong skills in
    content creation, design, video shooting, and editing
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Meta and Google Ads
    , and practical experience in
    media buying
    .
  • Proven ability to develop and implement
    viral and data-driven strategies
    .
  • Experience managing campaigns across
