Job Description

Job title: Senior Performance Marketing specialist

Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Specialist is a digital marketer who focus in achieve the best results for clients through online advertising campaigns and conversions and responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms.

Report to: Performance team Leader

Responsibilities:

Create digital campaign on different platforms (Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google) to get the best result for the clients.

Create Media plans by allocating the budget and set KPIs and objectives regarding to client requests.

Creating media strategies to achieve client goal.

Provide creative directions for Ads to conversion copywriter.

Data analysis: analysis result, insights and measure performance to get solution to improve result.

Campaign optimization: test strategy and optimization the campaign to keep getting best result.

Media reports: Measure and report the campaign performance and mention all the result.

Monitor cost and ROAs to make sure that campaigns are effective, also to evaluating performance.

Weekly Tasks: Platforms meetings (Snapchat, Meta, TikTok).

Monthly Tasks: Media reports.

Annually Tasks: Media strategies and reports.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in media buying role.

Prior experience in marketing agency is preferred.

Experience in e-commerce is an additional asset.

Experience in Egyptian Market and Gulf Market.

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent in numerical skills.

Very good using Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Time flexibility.

Work Conditions:

Work place: On site.

Working Hours: 8h per day including 1h break.

Days off: 2 days off (Friday-Saturday).
