Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, project visibility, and lead generation. This role involves creativity, hands-on execution, and strong coordination skills. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners such as photographers, designers, and event vendors to ensure consistent and effective marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for various real estate projects.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media posting, basic ad setup, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Generate content ideas and coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and social media content.
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and creative vendors for property shoots and marketing assets.
  • Help plan and organize launch events, open houses, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and social media insights.
  • Support brand-building efforts and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Conduct basic market research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing collaterals and support lead generation activities.
  • Assist in managing the marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing; experience in real estate or development is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots, events, and vendor relationships is an advantage.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic skills in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
