Purpose of the job

Responsible for keeping Orange Egypt well informed about the Company's news and engaging candidates on our various Life at Orange social media channels

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain internal communications channels for employees; draft and/or edit Newsflash announcements, providing context, clarity, consistency and appropriate tone
  • Promote Orange Egypt as a top employer on social media featuring content that appeals to and attracts youth all over the country
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and utilize our internal and external digital presence to boost employer brand awareness
  • Act as a frontline employer brand manager by engaging in conversations and answering followers questions on Life at Orange Egypt pages
  • Act as a corporate blogger, responsible for stylish writing and frequently posting new content on MyIntranet (Orange Egypts intranet) and Plazza (Orange groups platform)
  • Create and manage social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
  • Build and execute social media plans through competitive research, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Monitor and stay current with social media trends and best practices
  • Consistently market the HR brand promise internally to foster employees loyalty
  • Work closely with the Sourcing team to identify/co-create the touch-points and opportunities to re-enforce our employment brand message

Job specification

Education

  • One to three years of experience in copywriting or internal communications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, English Literature or relevant field

Skills and abilities

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills for English and Arabic content
  • Creative and social-media savvy
  • Dynamic and energetic personality, can work with different people comfortably.
  • Design skills using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Aftereffects
