Main role:
Lead IBF's digital strategy across social media, website, app, and donation platforms:
- Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to grow donors and ROI
- Manage digital donation channels (Vodafone Cash, ValU, InstaPay, Talabat, etc.)
- Drive platform growth and donor engagement through creative and data-driven campaigns
- Manage agencies (social media, moderation) and collaborate with Programs, Donor Relations, and Brand & Comms
- Produce digital performance reports and insights that guide strategy and growth
Detailed JD:
Digital Campaign Performance
- Plans and executes digital campaigns across social media channels; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, IBF Website, and Volunteer App.
- Manages Meta and Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, ad spend control, and ROI tracking.
- Manages day-to-day deliverables with the social media agency, including campaign briefs, assets, calendars, and optimization, in alignment with the internal team.
- Works closely with Programs, Donor Relations, and Brand & Communications to align digital campaigns with organizational priorities and storytelling.
Channel Growth & Engagement
- Leads platform growth and content performance across all digital platforms, including social media channels and digital donation channels (e.g., InstaPay, Talabat, Vodafone Cash, ValU, etc.).
- Designs and optimizes digital fundraising campaigns to maximize donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Oversees email marketing strategy: segmentation, dispatch, donor updates, and retention campaigns.
- Oversees the moderation agency to ensure timely responses, accurate reporting, and smooth communication back to the internal team for service enhancement.
- Ensures donor experience across all digital donation channels is smooth, optimized, and regularly tested.
- Explores and pilots innovative digital fundraising channels and partnerships (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, peer-to-peer giving).
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Produces structured monthly and quarterly digital performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Monitors digital giving trends and donor behaviour to optimize campaigns.
- Conducts regular research and benchmarking across local and global digital fundraising trends.
- Owns management of digital tools and dashboards (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensures data protection, donor privacy, and compliance with IBF policies and industry best practices.
Budget & Planning
- Tracks and reports digital donation channel performance in coordination with Finance and Donor Relations.
- Maintains a well-organized campaign filing and reporting system.
- Ensures all media spend, invoices, and documentation are accurately recorded and submitted on time.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership in managing digital channels and fundraising campaigns.
- Track record in paid media, donor acquisition, and digital growth
- Strong track record of working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and analytics platforms.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and manage freelancers or interns when needed.
- Experience in NGO/nonprofit fundraising, social impact campaigns, or purpose-driven organizations is a strong advantage.
- Data-driven, innovative, and fluent in Arabic & English
