About the Role

You decode client challenges, shape clear narratives, and create content that moves audiences. This is brand building with intention and measurable impact.

Work model

Hybrid. 80% remote and 20% on-site. You maintain full ownership and accessibility. You attend shoots, content productions, and client meetings when needed.

What You Will Do

• Build brand and content strategies aligned to client goals
• Research audiences, markets, and competitors
• Create messaging frameworks and storytelling systems
• Produce content across formats, including social, long form, and video scripts
• Lead social calendars, campaigns, and community programs
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and client teams to ship work
• Track performance and optimize using clear metrics

What You Bring

• 2 to 3 years in brand strategy, content strategy, or content creation
• Strong writing and editing with a strategic lens
• Solid grasp of marketing communication and digital platforms
• Proficiency with social and content tools
• Analytical thinking with creative execution
• Self-starter mindset with ownership and team play
