Purpose of the job

  • To lead the delivery of end-to-end design projects and create user experience solutions for digital platforms, with a focus on translating business goals into intuitive and visually appealing product experiences that address customer pain points.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and execute design projects, managing the entire process from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Design and optimize user interfaces aligned with business objectives, UX standards and orange design system.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Partner with business owners, engineering leads, and analytics specialists to understand project requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve the design process.

Job specification

Education

  • Preferably Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Art/Information Technology or related field.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on digital platforms, preferably in the Telecom/Fintech industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and a deep understanding of UX principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project priorities.
