Sr. Telecom Program Manager

Egybell is hiring a Sr. Telecom Program Manager (Telecom Background) for a Multinational company
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management for complex telecom contracts, ensuring successful delivery across technical, financial, and operational dimensions.
Act as the primary interface with Tier-1 telecom operators for all program matters, including scope definition, change negotiation, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance KPIs.
Drive collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to achieve program objectives.
Proactively manage risks, budgets, and timelines while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities for scope expansion, process optimization, and long-term customer value creation.
Qualifications & Experience:
10 –15 years of progressive experience in telecom program or project management.
Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar telecom programs with Tier-1 operators.
Background in leading multinational telecom or technology organizations is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in operations management and SLA governance.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience handling demanding telecom customers.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
