About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
with over 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in the
Fintech and Telecom sectors
. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    planning, execution, and delivery
    of technology and business projects across Fintech and Telecom domains.
  • Develop and maintain
    project charters, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
    .
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage
    change requests, issue resolution, and performance tracking
    to maintain quality and scope.
  • Utilize
    Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    depending on project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with
    regulatory and security standards
    in the Fintech and Telecom industries.
  • Provide
    regular project updates and reports
    to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project team meetings, define priorities, and ensure clear communication among all parties.
  • Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of project management experience
    in Fintech and Telecom sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering
    large-scale technology or digital transformation projects
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    payment systems, digital banking, or telecom services
    .
  • Certification such as
    PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master
    preferred.
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    project management tools
    (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
