Assistant Project Manager – Architectural Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities :

  • Liaising with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables

  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects

  • Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables

  • Monitoring project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met

  • Analyzing project data as required

  • Conducting administrative duties, including organizing meetings and preparing reports

  • Tracking and reporting project progress

  • Coordinating with vendors and ensuring quality deliverables

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (B.Sc.).

  • 7+ years of experience in project management in consulting office.

  • Certificate in Project Management is a strong plus

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar position

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Relevant training and certifications are highly preferred
