Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive (2–4 years experience) to help grow our client base, build partnerships, identify market opportunities, and support revenue generation for our software development and technology service offerings.
This role requires confidence in outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and present technology-driven solutions to businesses.
You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting meetings, supporting proposal preparation, and assisting in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and research potential clients across tech, SMEs, startups, education, and corporate sectors.
- Build and segment lead lists using LinkedIn, email, and business databases.
- Monitor market trends in software, digital transformation, and SaaS tools.
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings with decision-makers.
- Present our software services and digital solutions clearly and confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners.
- Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups.
Sales & Proposal Support
- Qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points.
- Track all opportunities using a CRM or structured system.
- Coordinate with the product, design, and engineering team to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Assist in writing proposals, service agreements, and commercial offers.
- Support the process of negotiating and closing deals.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams to understand service capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Provide client insights to improve service offerings and positioning.
- Participate in preparing presentation materials, case studies, and demos.
Requirements
Essential
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Strong communication, English writing, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to prospects and initiating conversations.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or structured outreach.
- Organized and able to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and timelines.
- Comfortable working in a technology-focused environment (software, web platforms, SaaS, AI tools).
- Proactive, persistent, and motivated by revenue targets
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling software, digital services, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with project management tools, cloud platforms, or basic tech terminology.
- Experience using sales automation tools (LinkedIn Navigator, outreach software, CRM systems).
- Background in tech, business informatics, or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
