We're Hiring: Production Manager (Event Management Services)

Location: Fifth Settlement — On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a Production Manager with solid, hands-on experience in event management and production to join our dynamic team at Harmoniqa.

If you're passionate about transforming ideas into reality, managing setups, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:


• Oversee the full production process — from planning and fabrication to on-site setup and dismantling.


• Manage suppliers, workshops, and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.


• Supervise technical and on-ground operations during event execution.


• Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and client servicing teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth workflow.


• Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively under pressure.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience in event production, fabrication, or exhibition setup.


• Strong technical understanding of materials (wood, metal, acrylic, fabrics, and printing).


• Wide network of suppliers and industrial workshops (carpenters, metalworkers, signage & printing vendors).


• Proven experience in booth and exhibition fabrication.


• Ability to lead on-ground teams and manage labor for setup and dismantling.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle last-minute challenges.


• Strong organizational, budgeting, and multitasking skills.
