Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Product Sales Manager
to oversee product strategy, drive revenue growth, manage resellers and corporate accounts relationships, and expand our presence in the Middle East and Africa region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales and negotiation skills. This role combines technical understanding with business acumen to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and roadmap for engineering software.
Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to align product positioning.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and training.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Convert leads into deals and manage reseller and corporate accounts.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and offers.
Report on pipeline and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven practical minimum 3 years of experience in product sales management or related roles.
Strong understanding of SaaS and construction technology software solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Engineering or technical background is a plus.
Strong negotiation and CRM skills (Zoho experience is a plus).
Excellent communication in English; French is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
