Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Management

  • Translate creative briefs into production plans with detailed timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise fabrication, printing, staging, and installation of booths, POS materials, and event assets.
  • Manage suppliers, fabricators, and technical crews to deliver high-quality output on time.
  • Oversee setup and dismantling at venues — ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • Conduct site visits, technical checks, and layout validations prior to every activation.

2. Budgeting & Procurement

  • Prepare cost estimates and production budgets for campaigns and events.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Track project expenses, purchase orders, and ensure financial transparency.

3. Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage a team of production executives, technicians, and freelancers.
  • Source and onboard new vendors (fabricators, printing houses, logistics providers, etc.).
  • Maintain updated databases of suppliers and materials.

4. Quality Assurance

  • Ensure final outputs match approved designs and specifications.
  • Supervise printing, color matching, and structural accuracy of booths/displays.
  • Uphold health & safety standards during on-ground operations.

5. Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers, Creative, and Strategy teams to align production with campaign objectives.
  • Attend client meetings for technical briefings and feasibility discussions.
  • Provide on-ground support during event days and live activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Production, or related field.
  • 4–7 years
    of experience in BTL marketing, events, or production management.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, printing techniques, and event logistics.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with layout reading (AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently for on-ground supervision.
