Role Description

We are looking for a
full-time Business Producer
to join our growing team
on-site in Cairo
.

This role bridges the creative and business sides of production — managing projects from concept to delivery while also driving new business opportunities.

The
Business Producer
will:

  • Manage client communication and relationships.
  • Develop creative production pitches and proposals.
  • Coordinate between creative, production, and post-production teams.
  • Supervise budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Contribute to Valyou's growth through strategic partnerships and successful project delivery.

This is a dynamic role for someone who is both
production-savvy
and
business-minded
, ready to help scale Valyou's presence in the advertising and media market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in
    advertising, production, or business development
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    production processes and creative workflows
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both
    English and Arabic
    .
  • Experience in
    client management and pitching
    .
  • Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation.
  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and production management tools is a plus.
