About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 
F&B Project Manager
 to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of food and beverage projects — from concept development to launch. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality operations, brand development, and cross-functional leadership, with proven success in managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of F&B projects, including new restaurant openings, refurbishments, and brand rollouts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, chefs, designers, architects, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to timelines and cost targets.
  • Oversee operational setup, equipment procurement, and quality control to align with brand standards.
  • Manage risk assessment, compliance with local regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Analyze performance metrics post-launch and implement process improvements.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Foster collaboration between departments including Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B project management, hospitality development, or restaurant operations.
  • Strong understanding of F&B concepts, customer experience, and operational flow.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience with franchise or multi-brand F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and innovative F&B concepts.
