The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to lead and grow

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within F&B, healthy food brands, restaurants, FMCG, and with proven experience in the Saudi market and its consumer behavior.

You will be responsible for building the marketing strategy, leading campaigns, managing brand communication, and driving consumer engagement to position as the go-to wellness and lifestyle brand in the region.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and yearly/monthly plans aligned with brand goals.

· Lead digital marketing activities including social media planning, paid advertising, influencers, and email campaigns.

· Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

· Oversee creative development for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.

· Conduct research on trends, competitors, and customer behavior to optimize content and campaign angles.

· Build and manage marketing calendars, performance reports, KPIs, and optimization plans.

· Collaborate with e-commerce, operations, and product development teams to support sales growth and launch initiatives.

· Manage relationships with agencies, creators, and partners for media, production, and brand activations.

· Track campaign performance and ensure ROI-driven execution.

· Support offline marketing activities including sampling, events, packaging, POS materials, and store branding.

Requirements


• 7+ years of marketing experience in the F&B/hospitality/FMCG/healthy lifestyle sector.


• Experience in the Saudi market with understanding of local consumer behavior and trends.


• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, brand growth, and consumer engagement.


• Strong understanding of social media strategy, performance metrics, and paid media execution.


• Creative mindset with ability to translate product benefits into appealing marketing stories.


• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.


• Analytical approach with ability to track performance and convert insights into action.


• Experience handling agencies, influencers, or brand partnerships.


• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
