About the Role

As a
Growth Marketing Specialist
, you'll be the driving force behind Learn It's growth engine.

You'll plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain learners — across multiple channels.

You'll work directly with the Founder and team to design strategies, build funnels, and turn data into growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Build and optimize sales funnels for lead generation and course enrollment.

  • Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns to re-engage leads.

  • Track performance (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) and prepare weekly reports.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Research and test new growth channels and automation tools.

  • Support brand awareness campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing, ideally in EdTech or online learning.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.

  • Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.

  • A data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (writing & communication).

  • Passion for education, learning, and making an impact in people's careers.
