Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and propose effective repair solutions.
  • Develop and execute preventive and periodic maintenance plans.
  • Supervise workshop operations and ensure high-quality repairs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to source needed spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and analyze breakdowns.
  • Lead and guide technicians and provide on-site technical support.
  • Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automotive engineering.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in automotive or fleet maintenance.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
  • Ability to manage maintenance operations and lead teams.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
