Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Automotive Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring timely and quality completion of automotive repairs and maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating schedules, supervising repair projects, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with suppliers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the workshop operates efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and modifications.
  • Proven experience in team supervision, staff scheduling, and performance management within an automotive workshop setting.
  • Ability to manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize the use of tools and equipment.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the automotive repair industry.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools and software; familiarity with computer systems and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications and training are advantageous.
