Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Workshop Manager role based in Cairo. The Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include managing technical staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure their satisfaction. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment, and implementing continuous improvement strategies for productivity and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations
  • Leadership skills to manage, train, and motivate a team of technical and administrative staff
  • Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with using workshop tools and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for workflow optimization and issue resolution
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, team members, and management
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in automotive workshops
  • A bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a workshop management or supervisory role is highly beneficial
