Sales Support Engineer

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct technical discussions and deliver product or solution presentations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide customers with quotations and support during technical negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to address customer requirements.
- Manage and follow up on pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve technical issues and customer objections effectively and promptly.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with solutions.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Generate ideas to improve the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with product launches, updates, and industry developments.
- Prepare technical proposals, sales forecasts, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related field)
- Sales & Technical Product Training
- 0 - 4 Years of Experience
