  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Provide customers with quotations and support during technical negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to address customer requirements.
  • Manage and follow up on pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve technical issues and customer objections effectively and promptly.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with solutions.
  • Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Generate ideas to improve the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay up to date with product launches, updates, and industry developments.
  • Prepare technical proposals, sales forecasts, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related field)
  • Sales & Technical Product Training
  • 0 - 4 Years of Experience
