Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting technical information to customers, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support capabilities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English is highly desirable.
  • Steel Material knowledge is a plus
  • Architectural for cladding projects knowledge is a plus.
