Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for connecting with clients, presenting technical solutions, providing product information, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves working with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, offering technical support to clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Collaboration with internal teams to devise optimal solutions is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical solutions and their application
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client requirements effectively
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and meet revenue goals
  • Technical Support expertise to assist clients in understanding and applying solutions
  • Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Experience in interior design finishing
