Net Salary: 12K to 15K Plus Commissions in USD For qualified Appointments Set and Closed meetings

We're looking for a
driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us grow our client base for our
call center and outsourcing services
.

You'll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting appointments with
US-based businesses
interested in outsourcing their sales, customer service, or appointment-setting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients (BPOs, call centers, and US-based businesses needing sales or support teams)
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book qualified appointments
  • Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and outsourcing potential
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with Business Developers and Management to improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Experience in
    B2B appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development
    (preferably for US campaigns)
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Confident, persuasive, and highly organized
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach automation is a plus
