We're looking for a
driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us grow our client base for our
call center and outsourcing services
.
You'll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting appointments with
US-based businesses
interested in outsourcing their sales, customer service, or appointment-setting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients (BPOs, call centers, and US-based businesses needing sales or support teams)
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book qualified appointments
- Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and outsourcing potential
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with Business Developers and Management to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Experience in
B2B appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development
(preferably for US campaigns) - Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Confident, persuasive, and highly organized
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach automation is a plus
