The Role
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to be the engine of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential university partners across global markets.
This is a highly impactful role where your outreach will directly support our sales team in expanding Educatly's footprint and bringing our SaaS platform to more institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new B2B leads, primarily universities and educational institutions
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities
- Engage decision-makers, understand their challenges, and assess fit with Educatly's solutions
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline data using our CRM
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Stay up to date with our product, market trends, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably B2B or SaaS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated self-starter with resilience and a growth mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology sales, or marketing agency sales, or selling to educational institutions.
- Passion for education, international student mobility, and technology.
- Extracurricular or volunteering activities experience.
