The ideal candidate will be a creative leader responsible for shaping and guiding the visual direction of our projects from concept to execution. You will translate brand goals into powerful visual identities and lead designers to deliver high-impact creative work across multiple channels.

Responsibilities


• Lead and oversee the creative direction of projects from concept to final delivery


• Collaborate closely with designers and internal teams to ensure strong visual execution


• Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across all platforms


• Guide, review, and elevate the quality of all creative output


• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications


• 1–3 years of experience in Art Direction or a related role


• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail


• Solid background in art direction and visual branding


• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative style and strategic thinking


• Ability to work on-site full time
