About The Client

The Client is a well-established textile manufacturing firm undergoing a period of modernization and renewal. As part of their effort to strengthen their organizational foundation, they are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to support their people operations, ensure legal compliance, and foster a productive and engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 
  recruitment lifecycle
   — source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
• Act as a liaison between 
  candidates and hiring managers
  , ensuring smooth and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update employee records
   in the HR database, capturing changes such as hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations to ensure data accuracy.
• Administer social and medical insurance procedures
  , including the preparation and submission of required forms (Form 1, 2, and 6) and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.
• Oversee 
  employment contracts
  , renewals, resignations, and documentation to ensure personnel files are complete and compliant.
• Prepare and issue official documentation and reports required by external authorities (e.g., Labor and Social Insurance Offices).
• Conduct and maintain accurate employee investigations to ensure compliance with labor law.
• Monitor and track all types of 
  employee leave
   (annual, sick, emergency, unpaid, etc.), ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Support 
  payroll processing
   by preparing, verifying, and coordinating payroll data in accordance with applicable tax and labor laws.
• Manage and follow up on 
  employee benefits
  , including medical and life insurance programs — tracking additions, deletions, renewals, and provider communication.
• Contribute to a positive and compliant workplace environment through consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in 
  Human Resources, Business Administration,
   or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years
   of experience in HR, preferably in a 
  generalist
   capacity or within functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Sound knowledge of 
  labor laws, social insurance regulations, and payroll procedures
  .
• Demonstrated experience managing 
  employee benefits
   (medical and life insurance) and HR compliance tasks.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with a high level of 
  accuracy and confidentiality
  .
• Excellent 
  communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal
   skills.
• Proficiency with 
  HRIS or ERP systems
  , payroll software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
