About Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our growing marketing agency in Giza. If you're passionate about HR, enjoy working in a creative fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of HR operations, we'd love to meet you.

Role Description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various marketing and creative roles.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
  • Assist in performance management and tracking KPIs.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and monthly HR reports.
  • Participate in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in a marketing/creative environment is a plus.
