We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our consultancy team

In this role, you will work closely with clients across diverse industries to support the
implementation of HR systems, processes, and best practices
— helping organizations enhance their people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and documentation of
    HR systems
    (e.g., performance appraisal, competencies, job grading, and recruitment frameworks).
  • Support consultants in gathering and analyzing client data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in the
    development of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
    for client organizations.
  • Contribute to
    performance appraisal and core competencies frameworks
    implementation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Provide administrative and operational HR support to internal and client teams.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure high-quality consultancy support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to
    consulting or HR project implementation
    .
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, performance management, and competency models.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively.
