Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi for a TA & OD Specialist at Fort Capital Group. The TA & OD Specialist will support talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives, including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management, and training programs. The role will involve collaborating with departments to identify staffing needs, working on development plans, and optimizing internal processes. The specialist will play an integral role in fostering employee engagement and aligning human resources practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition & OD, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of competency models, recruitment tools & assessments.
  • Advanced MS Office & HRIS experience.
  • Proficiency in Communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills in Mathematics and ability to develop metrics to support decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition software and organizational development tools is advantageous
